I have lived here for about a year and a half now and I've had almost no issues. The only issue/problem I've had is the trash can, there is only one for 20+ units. It gets filled extremely quickly and then trash is left around the bin and the birds get into it. They mainly just tell residents to make sure the trash gets in there but that is difficult when its already overflowing. Very close to 5 stars! Been here close to 2 months. Great value for the price. Super dog and cat friendly. We had an issue with a shower after hours and they were quick to respond and addressed it immediately. If they didn't have base board heaters in the rooms I'd give 5 stars!
I have lived here for three years and have loved it. The location is great and the property is quiet. Management has always exceed my expectations whenever I've needed them.
Saddleview made the moving/apartment application process easy for my family and I when relocating to Bozeman. I accepted a job and needed to move in two and a half weeks. They were responsive and answered questions quickly. They were also understanding with our unique situation. My wife, newborn, pets and I have been enjoying the well kept grounds and peaceful atmosphere. Also, Saddleview maintenance has been prompt in responding to some minor issues that have arisen. I set up an appointment to tour twice now. The first time I toured, I was told that they didnt have my appointment on their calender and scrambled to have someone give me a tour. I liked the property and gave them the benefit of the doubt. I contact them about a second tour and to go over the application process as a unit had become available for near my move in date.
