I had a very disappointing experience with the membership signup process at YMCA Saddletown. Yesterday, I visited the location to sign up for a family membership. The staff member who helped us (I believe his name was Danny) was very polite, professional, and informative. He proactively offered us a promotion that waived the joining fee and provided discounted rates for additional family members.
