First thing they do is, play with your patience. They take forever to do your paper work and they are not nice about it. Also at the gym some volunteers looks at you in a way that makes you uncomfortable. Other than that they are very expensive compared to the facilities they provide. There universal bathrooms stink and it does not even feel luxury.
