I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Das during my first walk-in visit. He spoke to me in an unprofessional and disrespectful way, and it felt like he was doing me a favour instead of providing care. I expected clear communication and basic courtesy, but that was missing. I hope the clinic improves patient service in the future.
I had a really good experience at Saddletown Medical Clinic. The staff is friendly, the doctors actually listen, and everything runs pretty smoothly. They take their time to explain things, which I really appreciated. Clean place, respectful service, and overall a positive visit. Definitely one of the better clinics in the area.
I have been patient in saddle town clinic from 16 years.This clinic is very good they accommodate you very well and staff is well trained whole team is amazing I highly recommend this clinic. Dr’s are knowledgeable.
Always long wait times. Doctors are nice and respectful, but what’s the point of booking an appointment if I still have to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour every single time? It defeats the whole purpose. The care is good, but the wait times are honestly brutal and super frustrating.
