I reviewed the offerings on the Saddlemen website yet was still unsure of the the best option. I called and spoke to Steve Gallant who, with great patience discussed my needs and recommended a seat style I had used with great success in the past. Without Steve's assistance I would have purchased a less suitable seat. I was highly appreciated and respected in the entire process. I highly recommend Saddlemen Motorcycle Seats and the service given by Steve Gallant. I will use Saddlemen in the future.

Bumpus Harley-Davidson of Murfreesboro has been selling Saddlemen Seats for over 2 decades. Fitment, style and custom options are the main reason. But customer service also carries a lot of weight. With a recent issue that came up with a custom made seat, I contacted Saddlemen to plead my case. I ordered a new road sofa with heat for my ultra and it came with a new fuse box cover but one of the locking tabs were broke. I reached out and was able to talk to someone and was sent a replacement that day! Thank you Dylan Short for your awesome service and prompt attention.
