Saddlemen never disappoints when it comes to quality and comfort. Their seats are top-notch, and the customer service is always exceptional. If you're after premium parts and the most comfortable ride, this is the place to go. Dylan was especially helpful—knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with.
I was Very disappointed when I received my Saddlemen Dominator sissy bar pad. This pad only comes in a universal fit even though I have one of the most popular HD bike the would use this (Streetglide ) This pad is subpar compared to the factory pad as far as mounting is concerned. the Saddlemen pad has a flat back which allows this pad to move around no matter how much you tighten the screws. The factory HD pad has a molded groove for the sissy bar to sit in so it stays centered and cannot move. this was a waste of money and... read more
I talked to Buster and was able to order a new seat, backrest, and a tour pak back pad for my wife. Buster listened to what i had to say and he could tell my wife and i love to ride. We want to put thousands of miles on our bike and make memories. That wasn’t going to happen until Buster stepped in. Buster understands what customer service is all about. Take care of your people and they will take care of you. Thank you Buster!!
I called to order a new seat and I spoke to Brandon. He walked me through the process step by step. Awesome service!!! And BTW, Saddlemen makes the best seats!
Horrible customer service. I bought a brand new seat from an individual and i cant ride it due to a recent back surgery. Their extended seat is built for giants. My arms are completely stretched out on a 2025 road glide and my back doesnt touch the back rest. Im right at 6’0. I asked if they would swap to a standard reach even if i had to pay a difference. Nope they wouldn’t help. Basically only option is to buy another new seat. Ill be giving mustang seats a call now!
