I got a saddle Men solo seat for Christmas. I have put over 800 miles on it . From the start when I do a 50 to 100 miles ride I get off my back is hurting so bad I can’t stand up straight. I had an old carbon seat that came out in 2010 never had a problem. I have heard so much how great Saddleman seat are. My opinion they not worth crap . When you can’t enjoy the ride it’s defeat the purpose.
Saddleman went outside their way to make sure my fairing was good and helped me along the way. Thank you, Jason and David.
Steve was very personable and professional. He answered all of my questions, and he guided me through the ordering process. He also informed me as to how I would be updated on the progress of constructing and shipping my seat. KUDOS!
Can't talk enough about the seat and quality! My seat rest pin was missing the small spring ball. Contacted Saddlemen directly and immediately had one shipping out. GREAT Customer support!
Every time I deal with these guys products there quality is 100 and if you have an issue customer service is 💯 also keep it up guys!!
