Worthless place. Manager trying to charge 1,400 for money when there was no broken lease. All damages on the floor were there when we moved in. Also statiting we can’t see anything wrong with the home know. Can’t even tell us why we’re being charged TWO YEARS LATER !!! Do not recommend this place. Also had so many issues with management when we were there. NEVER fixed any of our issues until months later. Also our Truck had gotten towed for being not even an inch OVER the grass. 01/2020 I just bought my first home from here, Carey was extremely helpful and the process was quick and well explained. Will leave an updated review in a few years. UPDATE 5 YEARS LATER 4/2025 The newest manager is the WORST! Tene is rude and unprofessional she speaks to people like they are beneath her and she doesn’t speak proper or professional, her language is very foul and unfiltered.
