Rent increased $340 over that time which I was never late, kept my property clean always at my own expense for pests, furnace filters, and maintenance. Quarterly "Gold Key" service happened once a year-twice if the maintenance guys liked you. Home repair issues would get closed out by management without completion as to not "affect their scores by having outstanding needed repairs".
