We cannot not say enough about Shane Valderas. From the first day looking at homes, even after closing, Shane is there for his clients! House shopping? Shane is the guy!!!
Client recently purchased a home and closed 2 weeks ago. Prior to closing she was told be Melinda with DR Horton that she has access to next link internet service and Tmobile home service. Unfortunately after move in next link, Tmobile, and Att said they don't service any of the new streets. Today Nextlink said the builder didn't even tell them about the new streets after my client stayed at home waiting 4 hrs. For a service visit. She works from home 100% remotely.
