My husband and I moved here a few months ago and we love it. Its quite, clean, and our surrounding neighbors are amazing. However, the management (Kim) imprticular is unprofessional, she assumes shit and can't talk to you with respect, she thinks shes above you but reLly shes not, she puts her pants on the same way everyone else does., bottom. Line, shes ignorant, with no class and needs a lesson in management and how to talk professionally to the residents.

My roommates and myself have been here for nearly two years and have had nothing but trouble despite the fact we pay rent, keep to ourselves, and unlike most of the tenants don’t let our dogs roam free around the park. Initially, the trailer we moved into was brand new, we were the first tenants, yet even in a new trailer there are cracks in the walls near the door frames, one of the doors only closes and latches by deadbolt, it has drafts and there is already water damage from a leaking roof. Warring! To all Maintenance techs! Do not work for Tarn Proctor! He's a back stabbing lying pile! Do not trust him in any way! Do not work for Saddleback valley communities! The HR department is the best! The company in general is good ! But Tarn Proctor is a pile!....go work else where. Do your self a favor!
