I wish I could give zero stars. For starters, I specifically moved here because it’s a gated community. THE GATES NEVER EVER WORK! Secondly, the bugs. Pest control is such a JOKE!!!!!!! It’s pathetic. They see so many people complaining about bugs but are doing absolutely nothing about it. Third of all, you can never get in touch with anyone from the office. The team at The Rosemary apartment complex really was a big help guiding me through each step of the application process. Ebony and Morgan were always just an email or phone call away and I really appreciate them for that.
Mold The first thing that immediately stood out during the scheduled viewing was the visible mold inside the toilet and around the bowl. Seeing mold in a unit that is supposedly ready to be shown to a potential tenant is completely unacceptable. If basic sanitation is being neglected before someone even moves in, it raises serious concerns about how the property is maintained overall and what other hidden issues may exist. Mice and nicotine smell
THEY HAVE MICE AND ROACHES!!!!!...And they try to make you feel crazy when you wanna break the lease and move like its a normal thing..smh..Complained about mice and where they were coming from (under the bathroom vanity and the kitchen) and NO ONE came into the apartment to fix the issues. I didn't have money to move unexpectedly but I left (and left all my kitchen appliances because i didnt wanna chance taking anything with me ) and now have this huge final bill after I had to leave because of their negligence.
