A 8,000 acre fourth generation working cattle ranch 15 miles west of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Escape to Saddleback Ranch to enjoy a relaxing day of riding, working cattle and seeing some gorgeous scenery. It is a day you will never forget! In the winter we offer: 2 hour Photo Opportunity Horseback Rides Snowmobile Tours and our YEE HAW Tubing Hill In the summer we offer: Cattle Drives- a 4 hour ride moving cattle 2 hour Photo Opportunity Rides- Afternoon ride Horseback or Wagon Dinner Rides!!

We went horseback riding for my bachelorette and it was my favorite part of the trip! Lilly was our guide and was amazing. She told us details about each of our horses personalities along the ride and who was friends with who which made it so much more special. We all felt bonded with our horses by the end of the ride and just had so much fun! Highly recommend.
Saddleback Ranch does a great job. My 9 year old grandson (first time rider) had a great time. The staff were all very capable, kind, and made sure we all had a great experience. Highly recommend!

🐎 Just wrapped up a horseback tour at Saddleback Ranch, and I’ve got to say—it was an awesome experience. Riding out through those wide‑open fields with the mountains in the background felt rugged and peaceful at the same time. The horse I was on was solid and easy to handle, which made it even better to just relax and enjoy the ride. Big shoutout to Makayla, our guide. Lexi and Ava were the best guides I could ask for!! After being bucked off when I was younger, they made me feel comfortable trying to ride again!! 10/10!!
