Dr. P. Eraga, has been great doctor to my wife Paty and I, an we appreciate the time he takes with us during our appointments. He is very understanding to our health situations and we are very happy to have him as our doctor. His staff really cares and are helpful. I am so glad we found Saddleback Medical Clinic 3 years ago. Dr. Eraga here is great, and if it was rating solely on his medical knowledge and patient care I'd give this clinic a 5. Unfortunately as almost all medical clinics in alberta are at this point they seem to have taken on way too many patients, and now it can take a week+ of trying to get through on the phone line only to make an appointment a month+ away. It's the UCP's fault overall but their compassion in taking on patients has made them somewhat impractical to be your family doctor's clinic.
I've been to some clinics, but Saddle Back Clinic stands out with Dr Eraga's professionalism and tone of speech. He has a good demeanor and takes good account of every complaint said to him. He's simply my best Dr so far
I really appreciate the clinic services and kind staff there. Dr. Phillips Eraga is very knowledgeable and kind doctor. In his supervision, me an d my family is taken care of very well. The Pharmacys is also very helpful. I greatly admire the doctor, entire staff and the pharmacist there. Great team. Keep it up guyz!
Absolutely fantastic medical clinic! Arrived for a walk-in and was expecting to be waiting all day. Nope - in and out in just over an hour, which is amazing! Staff were friendly and professional, and the facility was clean.
