We have been coming to Saddle Rock since it opened, celebrating birthdays, work events, date nights, and making amazing memories with our family over the years. But after tonight, we are absolutely shocked and somewhat heartbroken. The new blonde lady working there was unbelievably rude—not just to me, but to my entire family. And the worst part is we had children with us who had to witness it. Excellent service and amazing food! The waitstaff was so sweet and generous, they made my entire family feel like home!! I recommend this place, two thumbs up!!! We will be back!!!
