Do these guys leave their phone off the hook so you can't place to go orders? We called and they picked up but set the phone down and left us just sitting their for 15 minutes until we finally hung up. Repeat Repeat several times?????
My wife and I came in and the place was almost empty. They took our order. Slowly the place started to fill up. Many people who came in 1/2 an hour after we did were getting served. My wife asked about our order and we were told it would be ready soon. Another 1/2 an hour later it was ready. My wife got the wrong order and my calzone was burned. I said something to the wait staff and they said it was because they were busy.
Their pizza is amazing. Went twice and each time we felt very good about their tasty pizza. I don’t think you would regret going there.
This was my first visit to Saddle Rock Brewery, and unfortunately, it didn’t leave a great impression. I can understand if a pizza comes out slightly overcooked, but both of ours were noticeably burnt while we saw other tables being served perfectly cooked pizzas. It was disappointing. The staff did remake them, which we appreciated, but the wait was long, and by the time the new pizzas arrived, we had already lost interest in the meal.
Phenomenal calzones!!!! Highly recommended!!!
