Exceptional optometry customer service and delightful staff.
Dr. Napolitano's office is efficiently run with pleasant staff. They will take the time to be certain that you are happy with your glasses. The doctor is very thorough and will make time if a patient has an issue between scheduled check-ups. Very highly recommended!
2026 updatE... same. Great doctor, office is great, love my new glasses. Dec 2025 visit. Same as ever, wish all my doctors were like Dr Lori. Office staff is still great. My experience with Dr. Lori was fantastic. The exam and overall experience was a positive one, with great attention to detail and some great insights. I wish all other dr appointments were this pleasant.
Always a pleasure to go there! Everyone always goes above and beyond to help. The front staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. They want to help and do the unexpected to be accommodating!
