RecommendedMy mom had bought a pair of boots from another place and they jerked her around a lot! I found the same boots online so I called to make sure they were actually in stock and the lady I spoke with was so nice and told me they did have them and she pulled them for me so there wouldn’t be an issue with the order! Put the order in online about 30 minutes later.. had a shipping notification in literally 5 minutes! ❤️ they will definitely get our business again!

Y'all... Saddle Rags, The Western Store has my ❤️. Everytime we walk in the @m trio each get a sales girl and they shop to meet their needs, while I bounce between them. Shopping heaven. So friendly. Lots of choices. Lots of kindness and this year staff wear masks too!!! #TakeMyMoney

Ordered a belt online on a Saturday and completely forgot to check the box that I needed it shipped due to living in another state. I called and asked if they could ship and they said yes. I was expecting it later in the week but received it that Monday! Great customer service!!

I love the wide variety of things they have for my girls to me and dad , what I really love about This store is the dedication to customer’s i love that they take the time to help find whatever it is we need no matter how long ... definitely shopping here again :)
