Super expensive for a trailer park, Dogs run lose and poop all over the place and attack cats and people. Managment sucks big time, they are rude especially this one guy (Sedrick Smith), he's such a disrespectful POS and lazy AF too. The gym equipment is always broken, and the pool is always closed. All of the homesites north/northwest of my street pitch south at our homes so that in winter rain, all of our home sites used to flood. All homesites are to pitch to their own street just as mine and my entire street do. My north/west neighbors do not pitch to their street and now the north/west neighbor has laid electrical cords down on the ground where his homesite experiences major floods. Alta Laguna/Sun Communities does not take care of their property. A lot of the manufactured homes are experiencing flooding/drainage issues due to the improper sloping and exceptions written into the land lots that the homes are placed on. Alta Laguna/Sun Communities will lie to you with a smile on their face. They are abusive in their attempts at blaming each homeowner for the flooding, which causes neighbor disputes. I have lived here 4 years and have witnessed this neighborhood in a downward spiral because the General Manager, Lucy, does not enforce the rules on everyone. Lawncare, which is included in the very high lot rent, is pathetic, and Lucy renewed the contract with the same person. This is no longer a true 55+ community, as advertised, because there has been an influx of people decades younger than 55. I have lived 34 yrs and I have new neighbors who are making false police reports about me. Now I was told I'm being evicted cause I have a solar light on my porch, and once again neighbors complained about it they said it was a strobe light which it isn't. Stay away from moving here sun comm. Or any other of there locations. I called up there about kids walking through people's properties to get to the lake. We do have a area to enter to fish. If I could give them a negative score I would. They allow your neighbors to have cameras pointed in your yard, at your windows and doors. They also change the rules to whatever they want. When I complained about parking spaces and how my neighbors won’t share the visitor spot, they sent me an email back with a whole new “parking rules” that are NOT in my lease.
