The doctors here are great, which makes the experience with the front desk staff even more disappointing. Unfortunately, compassion and understanding seem to be completely lacking at the front desk. There is a huge disconnect between a doctor telling you that they will be there for you and your family during a difficult time, and then having the front desk make you feel like you’re a nuisance when you actually need help.
