Money is what Dr. John kollar is after. No ethics or principles. The clerk Sindy charges the (customers) CASH only since they don't have a machine. I paid 250$ cash for a 5 minute consultation. She gave me a paper as a receipt! No tracking number no nothing,so IRS doesn't know. During my 25 minutes waiting in the room,4 other customers came in.
