I am appalled with how this facility handled my grandmother’s finances after her passing. Not only am I grieving her but am now having to help my mother navigate this abuse. We trusted them with her literal life but they clearly don’t have a problem with breaking that trust now that she is gone. I would give zero stars if I could.

I’m absolutely disgusted with how this facility handled my grandmother’s passing. After her death, they continued pulling money from her account — knowing she was gone. That’s not just unethical, it’s theft. No answers, no accountability — just silence and stolen money. It’s sickening to see a place trusted with elder care behave like this. Watch your loved one’s finances closely if you still choose to trust them
