Every staff member my mom and I have met has been kind and caring to mom. They are ready to help in any way they can. This is a difficult time of transition for the resident and the family and the staff at Saddlebrook have been outstanding! I recommend this facility highly it is an answer to prayers for my moms home away from home.. I am ever so grateful.
When we were faced with making a decision in finding a memory care program , we were very fortunate to meet the team at Saddlebrook Memory Care. We are so grateful for this community. Their Connections programming is so meaningful and has the oversight by Dr.Peterson which is so inspiring. These decisions are not taken lightly so we did our homework. My dad moved into Pegasus at Saddlebrook in June, and when he first arrived, we were very happy with our decision. The staff was caring, the community felt welcoming, and we truly believed we had found the right place for him. Unfortunately, shortly after he moved in, the building experienced significant water damage from heavy rains. Large portions of the facility had to be torn out and rebuilt, leaving residents living in what has essentially become a construction zone.
