The wig I brought in for styling came out great, but the assistants here don’t know to care for natural hair. They will rake through your hair with a fine tooth comb to the point it breaks off and then braid it down tightly with tension bumps and all. Also the service here is horrendous. I had to wait almost 90 minutes for my hair to get washed. Overall if you want your 4c natural hair styled with care, I would steer clear of this salon.
Just had my first appointment and I’m pleased to say this will not be my last. I am beyond satisfied with my results. Missy and Tamera were the pros working on my head but everyone working in this salon is top tier. Every client that I seen walking out of the salon looked ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I’m grateful that this salon is here. No more sitting in strangers living rooms to get my hair done. Amen!

There's a reason for the negative reviews. From stealing money to being disrespectful. Tamara the owner should not be running a business. If you can't be professional, go back to doing hair in your living room. I came in for a color treatment and left with a burn on my scalp. I notified her during the treatment that my scalp was burning and she got an attitude with me telling me that I should expect to feel some discomfort and basically to get over it.
