When my youngest son was at U of MI, he was a delivery driver for this restaurant. It is owned by two of the most wonderful people you'd ever want to meet. Plus their sushi is super fresh and well made. Every time I'm back in AA, i try to go to Sadako. Have not had a single bad roll, every one I've tried has been delicious. Forget the awful chain places and give a family owned local restaurant your business! This place is a real gem hidden in plain sight. Could not recommend more highly.
I ordered the tempura udon and to my surprise midway through my meal I saw that a fly was very much inside my soup, it was incredibly disgusting and I alerted staff immediately, who then proceeded to ask me if the fly was there when they presented the food to me, didn’t know I was supposed to be screening the meal for flies, to their credit they did not charge me for the fly infused udon :) I am deeply disappointed in one the fact that flies come out with the udon and that it was implied that I had put a fly in my soup, the ... read more
