First and foremost I literally love this place. However, today was a little different. I requested a certain person and received someone different. No biggie because its an optional. Anyways, I felt very unsatisfied! The young woman was new (didn't judge off that at all) however I felt she did not do her job for a clean up with a slight arch. I came here Monday afternoon, and the lady working she was honestly very aggressive with her technique. She seemed very irritated and not patient. She actually left me marks where she threaded my eyebrows. It was painful more than usual and I can see now why after she left me these scars with her threads
Have been going to this place for many years. Very professional ladies love it here. If you want your brows done very well Geeta is your girl. I always get compliments from friends and family when she does my brows.
