Poor customer service
HORRENDOUS experience. Don't waste your time, money or energy. Complete disregard for customers and zero interest in anything other than taking your money and making empty promises -- if you can get them to call you back.
I bought a couch from them less than a year ago and spent $1200. It is supposed to have a lifetime warranty on it. The fabric is coming up and turning into little balls. Like a bad sweater. I have tried calling numerous times, leaving messages. I’ve sent out 2 emails with pictures to get this issue resolved. And have not heard a word back from SACS. Horrible place of business. My girlfriend and I found some gorgeous bookshelves we wanted on ksl. We went in, they didn't have any in stick so we ordered them. Paid upfront like they required. Said they would be in in about a week. Went there after 2 weeks still nothing. This went on for a few months till they finally agreed to give us our money back.
