I arrived at the time of my appointment and after 15 minutes past my appointment, I called saying I was in the lobby waiting and left a message. I waited another 5 minutes to see if anyone would come out. I didn’t receive any communication prior that the session was cancelled. I also didn’t receive any follow up communication from my voicemail.
I made an appointment for a message with Anna through her online system. Received both email AND text confirmations of the appointment. I showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment schedule for 230pm. I sat in the lobby until 320 pm. No one came out to great me. No one called, texted or emailed me to let me know of any delays. I will never come nack to this person ever again. DO NOT recommend.

Took day off for appt made 2 weeks in advance. Texted me she is sick. Website says she is open today. In fact her morning is booked solid. Don't trust her. I will find a trustworthy business to go to.
