I hired her to be a doula for my ex-wife. Later, I learned that she identifies as a ‘baby death doula’ and incorporates spiritual practices that made me very uncomfortable. She also brought in a yoga instructor who claimed to read minds, which was not what I expected. This experience had a lasting negative impact on me, and I want to share it so others can make an informed decision.
I absolutely love this place. Today was my first time getting a massage here, and let me just say that I will be coming back. The ambience was very nice and calming. My massage was wonderful. I had so many kinks in my neck and back, but Lisa worked all of that out. I left feeling so relaxed. Thank you!!
I’m from NYC and I came down to Alabama for a visit. I was gifted a session at sacred sol with Dr Tiffany and it was wonderful. Facility is clean and organized. Dr Tiffany focused on my needs and assessed exactly what can be done. The hit bath was wonderful in a cool private room that allowed me to relax and engage in the session while drinking some amazing herbal tea she made for me. I have been going to see Dr. Tiffany Taft for a couple of years now,... she is super knowledgeable about the body, and very experienced as well as professional. I would highly recommend her for any service that she provides,... the massages are especially amazing! If you haven’t paid her a visit, you are MISSING OUT! 😎 You will not be disappointed.
I encourage everyone to visit Dr. Taft and her wellness center! I had a consultation with Dr. Taft and ended up wanting to sign up for every service I could!!! She didn't do a sales pitch, we simply had a conversation. Her office environment, her energy, her knowledge were so peaceful and comforting.
