Do not buy Groupon. I got a Groupon and she scheduled an appointment for facial and then when I showed up she did not answer my phone nor acknowledged that the facial isn’t happening due to whatever reason . She just ghosted on me. I repeat do not buy her Groupon because she is not reliable.
DO NOT PURCHASE A GROUPON FROM JACQUELINE. It has been a year and I still haven't gotten my massage. Jacqueline keeps cancelling due to health issues. I get it. Life throws you curve balls but if you are unable to perform services that people pay for, you need to give them money back and stop selling groupons. I bought a Groupon during my first trimester of pregnancy. Every time I tried to book she would go on and on about different emergencies. Like private emergencies that make you feel uncomfortable to not be sympathetic to… like cancer and death of her mom and being stuck in other states because of financial issues. I had the BEST massage today! This is the second time I have booked with Jacqueline, and my husband is going for his second massage tomorrow! I am so grateful I found Jacqueline on Groupon! She is wonderful! She genuinely cares and wants to give you the best experience possible. She’s very attentive and thorough and such a kind person. Highly recommend!
Absolutely loved my massage with Jacqueline! You can tell how much she loves her job and clients. I could not have asked for a better experience. She was able to relieve a lot of the tension in my neck and upper back. For that, I am eternally grateful. For the negative reviews, it seemed like most of them dealt with scheduling.
