Sacred Roots Yoga Teacher Training prepared me for my journey in becoming the yoga teacher that I imagined myself to be. The instructors are more than prepared and well educated to provide those looking to deepen their practice and take that knowledge into a classroom of their own. This training dove deep into anatomy, the history of yoga, study of asanas, sequencing, trauma informed, ayurvedic lifestyles, and more.
