I have been going to Sacred Roots for several years now and Lanelle is the best, she’s kind and professional, highly intuitive and a fabulous massage therapist! She’s the only massage therapist who has been able to help provide long term relief for my chronic neck pain. She is strong and applies the perfect amount of pressure, plus she utilizes cupping and singing bowls which adds so much benefit therapeutically!
