Might be great but they aren't accepting new clients and the information isn't available on their website. Tried calling and left voicemail. There is the option to book online so it makes it appear like they are accepting new clients. If you are trying to reach them they respond more promptly via text. Once I texted I was provided the info immediately just disappointing that there's no indication online or on their voicemail that they aren't accepting new clients.
The first appointment was great! And that's the moment they ask you to leave a review. I then prepaid for future appointments. They have a calendar tool to schedule appointments which I did three appointments about 6 weeks apart. I picked based on what they showed to be available. I'm thinking "great! It's setup!" But then the main massage therapist cancelled these future appointments saying he wasn't available and didn't offer a refund, basically taking my money and not offering the service. This was my first visit to Sacred Roots! Ryan was fantastic! Easy going and very open with communication. He focused on the areas I asked for. I definitely recommend him!!
Fantastic experience at Sacred Roots Holistic Healing. Ryan was my massage therapist and he did an incredible job. I left there feeling so much better. I will definitely be returning.
