Tracy is incredible! I have been dealing with severe muscle pain for years and she is able to release those muscles every time. She is a life saver…it will be the best hour of your day.

I just got back from getting a massage at Sacred Roots and I feel amazing! I have been pretty rickety from work and from shivering through all the snowy times. Tracy knows her stuff and it shows! She worked out my knots and even showed me exercises to do at home to keep the healing rolling. Will definitely be back and very highly recommend!
