I’ve been to this shop twice, and bought my skates and a few other supplies from here. Both times I was assisted by Syren, who was so helpful and patient in answering all my questions. The shop is very well organized and they have lots of fun things to look at (besides skates and safety gear, they’ve also got fun stickers, pins, shocks, t-shirts…). Great local place to get your skating supplies.
Fantastic customer service. Politeness was their superpower during my purchase. Explained many things to me as a beginners despite selling to me right before closing. I will definitely be buying my next pair of skates here!
Sacred Skate is such a treasure! I learned about the store through my roller derby league. Last August, Katie came down to our practice and did a pop up, where I got most of my safety gear. The knowledge and recommendation that they provide was so valuable to me as a brand new skater. Now, months later, I drove up to Herndon to visit the shop and try on some different boots, so that I could upgrade my skates. Found this store through googling skate shops near me. As a novice skater who started on a cheap pair of Walmart skates, I felt like it was time to invest in a nicer pair. Best little skate store in NoVa! You guys are the best! This beginner skater would not take her skates off until bed! You set her up for success with the right skates, protection, and advice!
