Fabulous customer service and super knowledgeable staff. Amazing willingness to talk through options, care tips and address any concerns. Additionally really lovely quality raw hair and closure options. Have experienced some shedding in the past but chalk up it up to current supply chain and bad batches. Photos are of 18” hd closure after bleaching knots.
