I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to this rehab center and its staff. No, it’s not a luxury retreat or a spa-like setting—but neither is prison, or worse, the morgue. I am solely writing this based on my experience with the staff while my mother was in treatment. FIRSTLY, dropping her off, my sister and I waited over two hours while they did their intake process with her.
