Went in for bloodwork written by my Dr across the hall from the lab draw room. The lab woman asked for me insurance card which is VA card since im a military veteran. She said she needed to 'make a copy' which I've never been asked by the lab techs, only by their front desk admin. Labs taken, I was feeling bad & left. Next day I remember my ID was never returned.
