My primary care doctor is across the hall from LabCorp Lab Express. My PC gives me lab orders, my insurance lists LabCorp. When I try to get labs, I get checked in, wait, then the lab technician refuses to accept the order. The lab technician says I don't have insurance. When I call Humana, they say I'm supposed to get labwork done there. I have this problem every time I go there. The next closest LabCorp is 30 miles away, which takes between 45-60 minutes to drive with the traffic.
I actually had a great experience here getting my NIPT panel done for my second pregnancy! Very kind and fats results.
The absolute worst customer service / front desk / check in person on the PLANET. Lab techs are amazing & friendly. I will drive out of my way NOT to give them any additional business.
I had my lab work done a week ago and after 6 days of not hearing from my MD, I called their office. They did not know I had had it done because they had yet to receive the results. I'm NOT happy or impressed with Ascension in Gulf Breeze at all. I will be making a phone call in the morning. And my husband and I will not go to Ascension for anything now.
If I could give it zero stars, I would’ve done that because the lady that sits at the front desk is incredibly rude and sarcastic! Wasn’t very truthful about the time that is on the website and then argued with me that it was when it clearly doesn’t say that they see their last patient at 2:30. It literally says closing soon, but she found that that was something to giggle about.🤦🏼♀️
