Great Lab, love that it’s in the same building as my Dr. also they open early at 6:30 am.
Yikes. The front desk/check-in lady is probably one of the most unfriendly people I’ve ever encountered. She needs you to do her job for her. Came directly across the hall from my PCP to get labs done but the check in lady says I’m supposed to have a physical copy. What century is this? Just look in my chart. Now double the waiting to go BACK to my PCP after already fighting this lab work issue.
Every time I show up they have reason they can’t take my blood. Did you know if you show up 30 min before close they won’t take you?
My primary care doctor is across the hall from LabCorp Lab Express. My PC gives me lab orders, my insurance lists LabCorp. When I try to get labs, I get checked in, wait, then the lab technician refuses to accept the order. The lab technician says I don't have insurance. When I call Humana, they say I'm supposed to get labwork done there. I have this problem every time I go there. The next closest LabCorp is 30 miles away, which takes between 45-60 minutes to drive with the traffic.
I actually had a great experience here getting my NIPT panel done for my second pregnancy! Very kind and fats results.
