Staff was informative, helpful and efficient. Was able to add more appointments to complete as I was waiting. Overall 5 stars treatment
Horrible experience. The people doing the MRIs do not belong in this field. Complete lack of compassion.
I would give ZERO stars. The tech that did my MRI was the most uncaring, cold person I ever met. This woman does not belong in healthcare. I knew I made a mistake coming here, I normally go to west end. First off I was having an MRI done on my ankle I can barely walk and she was speed walking back to the changing room I couldn't keep up, so then when I was a bit smug after that she asked why?. duh lady!
