I would like to thank the staff for helping my son. He was in bad shape.after 2 and 1/2 days of non stop coughing and 3 hours at another ER they diagnosed his problem in about 15 minutes and I was so relieved to see him stop coughing （ thank you ）
Waited hours in a room with our 3 MONTH old child having difficulties breathing. We were placed in the room and it took 4 HOURS before a nurse even came in. This hospital is a joke. We hit the call button and they left it ringing for 2 hours so we couldn’t hit the button again. This facility should be shut down. They don’t even deserve the 1 star I’m leaving.
Ms Megan helped us quickly and efficiently while reassuring me and making all my worries go away by helping my sweet boy. I am extremely grateful for everyone who helped us from check in staff, and staff giving us the lowdown on what care we needed to give my boy, all while my newborn daughter cried to the beat. Thank you thank you. You all are sacred.
I had to take my son around 2:30am to the ER. Everyone, including the registration people and security at the entrance desk to the triage nurse and physicians, were awesome. They were very attentive to us and recognized we were exhausted. Special thanks to Dr. Weaver and the Resident physician who saw us and worked with compassionate and concern. They were very thorough. Spencer was our assigned nurse and he is amazing. We thank you for everything.
Doctor was rude and awful in the pediatric er, we will not be going again. My 7 month old bumped his head on a coffee table and we went to get it checked out just in case. She was rude and downright awful to us the entire time, very condescending, and all I wanted was to make sure my baby was okay.
