We could not ask for better care than what my daughter Received at the pediatric emergency room at Sacred Heart Hospital. From the check-in process to the nurses and everyone conducting test testing… They were all very kind and thorough and made her feel better from the moment we got there until we checked out. Thank you for having such a wonderful team.
Staff was great! From the time you first walk in, the security guard was prompt and caring, the nurse was super friendly and relatable, the nurses in the back were very helpful and friendly. The only thing was the wait time but that can’t really be helped when there is a high volume of patients coming in. Would take my child to this ER again.
Was transferred from NOMC for my toddler- Truly every employee was kind and welcoming. The front desk, nurses, doctors, rad techs. everyone was phenomenal and i would not hesitate to go back to the pediatric ER
The security guard in the pediatric unit was amazing. He was extremely helpful and very attentive. He treated us like family
