My initial visit to Ascension Sacred Heart Health Care at Tiger Point was very pleasant. I was impressed with their courteous intake, prompt attention, and good organization.
Dr Perez always get things rolling on things like meds such as my antibiotics and different things for my sinus infection recently. This phone call was handled so well and I got all the information that I needed.
I would first like to start off by saying thank you for not giving a phone call saying that we would not be seen for our appointment today then proceeding to steal money for the appointment even though I was not seen if it's not an absolute dire emergency please try to make it to any other medical facility
Sharon the manager is extremely unprofessional. The staff at the office made a mistake and thought I was needing to see my provider for a specialist item. I no longer use just a provider with very little knowledge about a specialist issue. We both realized she wasnt able to understand the numbers correctly and help me the way a patient needs to be helped.
