Dr. Perez and his staff are always very professional. Dr. Perez is the best primary care physician that I’ve ever had. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great doctor.

I've been with Ascenion over five years but recently moved from Destin to Gulf Breeze. So despite computerized data management, being "in the system" really wasn't the case at all.
My experience at Ascension Urgent Care at Tiger Point with Jordan and staff was exceptional in spite of circumstances. Following X-ray, Jordan explained results which I did not want to accept. What I thought was simple issue needing help for pain resulted in trip to ER with a fracture and ct scan. The point of this review is praise for Jordan. His quiet manner while explaining importance of situation and arranging transportation was beyond expectation….
