I came to the Emergency Room with my two-year-old toddler because he had an obvious issue with his arm — it was hanging limp, and he couldn’t lift it. I suspected a shoulder dislocation and asked the staff to focus on that. Although we didn’t wait too long (thank you for that), the actual treatment was incredibly frustrating. Waited 5 hours for them to not even do the most basic checks for my feverish baby. I called Triage the next day and they couldn’t believe they didn’t do the checks, for example, looking inside his throat, ears, nose. They also told us several times it was going to be ‘not much longer’ and there we were, several hours later. Do not recommend at all.
