If I could put zero stars, I would. The nurses were unbelievably rude and cold. They were not trying to be comforting or kind or even hide any of their feelings. They just were straight out rude and expressive. There was only one nurse who was nice and he tried to be light and kind. And the doctor the whole time we’re trying to manage a serious situation was pitching a tetanus shot like she gets paid an extra hundred thousand dollar bonus if we get it. I think it’s time for some new management. Very disappointing.

Went in for severe pain and migraine and some very disturbing neurological issues. These symptoms are truly scaring the crap out of me. I even had prior labs to hand her. She blamed it on ptsd. One of my symptoms was as a really tight chest Making it hard to breathe. She wanted to do a lung X-ray on to rule out pneumonia. I’ve had pneumonia. This is NOT pneumonia. Just another scenario of being gaslit. I came to them because they’ve been so great in the past. Never again.

Brought my 12 week old daughter in because she was having breathing problems, we waited 1.5 hours before being seen and we were given a hallway bed (it’s busy I get it, but for an infant?) they did a nose swab for RSV and another nurse approached us and said we were being discharged because there was “nothing they could do” we were discharged before results from her swab came back. Did not know they have an Agency come in to provide care to our children. Therefore you get a 2nd bill for an outside agency. They ask for a consent to treat signature but don’t disclose the outside agency. Aubrey Bott provided care to my child. I informed her my daughter has had head injuries before. I suspected a concussion. They asked if she blacked out. I said no. They said looked for signs of a concussion. And I already told them. She went home and was still having symptoms.
