Brought my 12 week old daughter in because she was having breathing problems, we waited 1.5 hours before being seen and we were given a hallway bed (it’s busy I get it, but for an infant?) they did a nose swab for RSV and another nurse approached us and said we were being discharged because there was “nothing they could do” we were discharged before results from her swab came back. Did not know they have an Agency come in to provide care to our children. Therefore you get a 2nd bill for an outside agency. They ask for a consent to treat signature but don’t disclose the outside agency. Aubrey Bott provided care to my child. I informed her my daughter has had head injuries before. I suspected a concussion. They asked if she blacked out. I said no. They said looked for signs of a concussion. And I already told them. She went home and was still having symptoms. I had to pay for another visit to her pediatr... read more

You can be dying of a heart attack and they would still sit around waiting to see you. It took them over 3 hours to even get her triage nurse. She came in with sever chest pains, in an ambulance, and they sat her in waiting room for 3 hours and finally got to her and did not know she was there for chest pains. Health care here is a joke.
