Too many hoops you have to go through and a runaround in order to be approved for an apartment. And for what? A smelly, not so clean grounds inside and out. Not worth all the effort one has to go through, just to be a potential tenant.

So tired of the tenets and their "friends" fighting right outside their property, also so tired of hearing it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME OUT SIDE MY FRONT DOOR! There's a slu of people watching my EVERY MOVE! Why is it my problem? Why do I have to deal with misconduct happening on their entrance to the apartment? Literally right out side the front door to their establishment? There's security but according to them "it's not their problem, cuz whats happening (though on their property) it ls not inside the building"! (Wow)....... read more
It's beautiful, but it's in New Orleans.
Read other people's reviews. I wish I could move out but can't afford to go anywhere else.
