As a patient I have gone to many dispensaries in the Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and Santa Fe area. Not once have I ever experienced the smug attitude that I experienced with Estevan, one of sacred gardens employees. I had 2 phone interactions with Estevan and on both calls, I did not feel like I was treated with respect as a patient. Was my first time visiting the establishment and was very disappointed with Dans customer service skills. Was confused and started reading the signs posted when,Dan stepped out to rudely inform me about call in orders only and to go downstairs as he closed the door on me. I was excited to visit this dispensary. But because of Dan’s unprofessionalism, I nor anyone I know will NEVER go there.
