Great service by the drivers but the bill they sends is awful. Beaware
One of the worst transport company, they treated husband horrible, he had a injury on his shoulder that wasn't there when they took him, then took our insurance allowable payment and charged us another $1400. Out of pocket! It sucks cause we didn't have a choice, my husband has NAFLD and is very sick and it should be against the law to gouge people for more money!
Tim was the driver; he did an excellent job! Wesley Cole Younger was the other EMT; he was excellent. I was transported from Decatur to Plano (a long drive). Cole sat with me, kept me company and also fulfilled his responsibilities during the long trip. It was my first ambulance experience and I have no complaints about it.
