Great technique and very effective.
Jessica Alsop is a massage therapist who is now becoming certified to teach yoga classes. I have many physical issues that require yoga modifications (e.g. recent PT for a sprained shoulder and tears in my rotator cuff, current PT for arthritis in my knees, lots of tender points on legs, bursitis in both hips, and arthritis in lower back, etc.).
