RecommendedMaria is a wonderful teacher and very patient with me. This was my first experience doing yoga in a glass setting and i felt comfortable without judgement. Maria is kind and encouraging in helping me with my poses. Can’t wait to start again.
The energy of Sacred Centers East Yoga and Wellness is beautiful. The space is welcoming, filled with light and so very comfortable. I’ve attended several workshop there and have offered some as well, you can feel the serenity as soon as you walk in.
This is a wonderful center and Maria has helped me enormously over the last year and a half with my personal growth through her sessions and her workshops. She is the "real deal", someone who is gifted, loving, perceptive, and able to help you obtain the life you want.
