I walked into the location on 4th ave on a Monday around 6. Was excited to check it out because of the awesome reviews! I would appreciate it if someone in management could help me understand...the complete lack of attention and acknowledgment I received when I walked in....as well as while I was standing at the counter... the only customer AT the counter, trying to make eye contact with any employee who could bother... for 10 minutes!
