Had changes to the trip and VIP was most helpful and even found a way to save me money!
One of their drivers has great story's to tell as he was Sinatra's driver back in the palm springs fun n the sun days and also those Rat pack all nighters.sacviplimo is off the chain awesome!
I want to first say that Kevin whom I spoke with was very kind and competitive with his pricing. He also had a escalade truck show up to suprise us instead of a stretch Lincoln. It seemed like we were very lucky. However the driver was 40 minutes late making us 20 minutes late to our reservations, we were just less than 5 miles away. A complete NO SHOW. Didn't show up and didn't call to let me know they weren't coming. I have to used another phone number to get them to answer my call. Great prices and service up until the point where they was no bus. I guess it was not a great deal after all.
