I am glad there are so many happy customers. I inquired with them about 3-4 years ago. I chose to go with someone else. Everything was resolved. I have been receiving terrifying letters from them telling me all these horrible things that has happened to people and will happen because of taxes, and I need to call immediately. 3-4 years later The latest letter has no post office rubber stamp, like it was placed in my mailbox. My wife and I paid for services that we ended up not receiving. They were supposed to setup a payment plan with the IRS. Now we're left doing this on our own. What an incredible waste of time and money. These people are no experts, but a bunch of scam artists. ***No. I do not have the wrong company. My wife was the one who used your services. I'm not putting her name on here.
