Area Rugs – We use Sacramento Rug Works for all of our wool area rugs, and my office uses them for cleaning and maintenance of a very large, very old, and very valuable Persian-style rug. They do a great job, and their prices are fair. Each rug goes to their facility and gets individualized treatment, depending on its condition, how soiled it is, whether it's stained, etc. I wouldn't use anyone else.
NEVER USE AGAIN – Heard great things about sac rugs works.I was not happy or impressed with their work. Yes there were pet stains that could not be removed but along the baseboards, there were still dirt spots. I even moved the furniture so those areas could be cleaned, Maybe it depends on the tech you get. But what I am most dissatisfied with is I called the office to place my complaint.
