Angelica case manager is the best and very helpful.
The professionalism and commitment to patient service is evident the moment you enter the modern and state of art facility. I had surgery in the Bay Area but was very pleased to have found SRH close to home for rehabilitation.The staff and management were exceptional with my time spent there feeling very beneficial and productive.
SRH is awesome beyond The entire staffing is fantastic especially the Therapist who work endlessly to help you achieve your goal! if ever you have an opportunity to have them help, you don’t pass it up. You’ll be happy with your results.
I was very disappointed with the service my mother received at this facility. Physicians did not seem to communicate with each other and were always confused about the care plan. Had to fight to get them to remove a wound drain UC Davis had instructed would be removed at Sacramento Rehab. Donna the case manager was never around to complete the discharge planning as discussed. Sacramento Rehabilitation Hospital is an excellent facility! From the moment my sister arrived to the day she was released, the care from EACH and EVERY staff member was outstanding and exceptional! Their goal was very apparent from the get go, to make sure each patient is well cared for, challenged to reach their personal goal while doing this with encouragement, compassion, laughter, and pure joy.
