I bought an Eco Spa hot tub from this business in 2021 after looking all over town and seeing lots of spas--the Eco Spa was perfect for me, especially after comparing the unique hard cover to the competition. We had previously had a tub with the more typical foam cover. It was very awkward to lift and very short-lived. I cannot recommend this company if you value customer service!! It has been quite a chore to have any repairs done on my brand new hot tub. There have been numerous problems and I finally had to go into the store in person to schedule a service appointment. I was then told I’d receive a call to set that up and that was several weeks ago and I have not heard anything. I was given a defective cover that filled with water on the first rain, and they are now telling me I have to pay full price for a new one. I have several issue... read more

Bought our Viking spa almost 2 years ago. Running strong and been using at least a couple times a week. Since then, bought supplies to treat the pool and ask questions. Staff has always been great.

Amanda was so patient and awesome!!! Answered all my questions, very knowledgeable, extremely polite. Not once did she try to “hard” sell or push. I went to many other hot tub stores only to return and give Amanda our business. Others were very pushy and way overpriced and delivery dates 6 months out. Amanda had ours delivered the first week after purchase. Thank you Amanda!!!
