We purchased a new spa from Hot Tub Family but being new to spas, needed help getting it up and running. Tatianna guided us through the process of startup and initial chemical treatment with impressive knowledge and patience, and now we’re all set to enjoy our new spa! Thanks again, Tatianna!
I will start by saying I do not like sales stores, and I especially do not like salespeople following me around. Tatiana provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything related to spas and took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I originally walked in looking for just one item, but she went above and beyond by checking that I had the correct filters and all the other essentials to get my spa running properly.
