They did a great job of explaining how the hot tub would work at my house and deliver it quickly, they also did a great job of explaining how to manage the water chemistry. Pretty happy with my experience so far.
Tatianna was the absoulute best. My wife and I went in as semi-reluctant hot tub buyers.
