First time buying a hot tub and I'm glad I came in here. Matt took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything in detail. He didn't give me the high-pressure sales pitch, like I got at the first place I went. My hot tub was just delivered and I couldn't be happier! (and relaxed!)
LAZY!!!! I called and asked if they happen to have a Marquis spa filter that was 5” wide by 13.25” tall. The guy who answered said “Well I don’t know, I would have to get a tape measure “. So I show up with my tape measure (no other people there) and he says “Well I have a tape measure but I don’t know what you’re measuring ”. It would have easily taken him 1 minute to rule out having the filter I needed. Instead I drove over an hour.
They were very helpful and patient gave us time to think about what we wanted and needed. Bill our salesman was great!! The purchasing experience was great!!! Will add once spa is delivered😊
I recently purchased my first hot tub and am so excited. I have already used it both days I have had it. Kenny helped me along the way and was so great/knowledgable. I got a great vibe from him immediately upon entering the shop. He even came by my place after installation to give a solid hour long tutorial of how to use the tub, how to take care of the tub and how to check PH levels and adding chlorine. Kenny was GREAT and very knowledgeable. Our tub was delivered the other day and is now up and running. We are grateful for the depth of knowledge and dozens of options.
