Chris, the tech, was great. He methodically and patiently explained the issues I had with my heat pump system, outlined my options, and answered all my questions. I called back the following day and decided to go with his recommendations and he returned to fix the problems. The pricing was fair and I am more than pleased. Will not hesitate to call them again!
The crew and office staff here are great! I called them when my AC stopped working, they sent a tech out to diagnose, it was a standard motor. Thankfully he had the part in his truck and was able to make the repair right then and there. The cost was reasonable and technician very nice and good communication. I will call these guys for any HVAC service in the future!

Sacramento heating and Air installed a new thermostat for and did a full system check. Very reasonably priced and professional! Would recommend to anyone in need of heating and air services!!!!
5 Stars and More! Sacramento Heating and Air did a phenomenal job repairing our heating system. I called them after our heater stopped working and they responded immediately, quickly diagnosed the issue with the blower wheel and motor, and were able to get it working right again. I really appreciate their great work, professional, and friendly service. I'll never call anyone else for service again and I could not recommend them more for any needs for your heating and air conditioning.
