Very unprofessional. I was in the middle of a conversation with him regarding a deal that had not yet been finalized when he abruptly hung up the phone. Because I needed assistance today, I was trying to discuss possible options, but he responded by saying, “Not going to happen,” and began yelling before ending the call. This was disrespectful and unacceptable customer service.
Tommy came out and gave me an estimate to repair one of my cabinet doors on a Thursday. I agreed to the estimate. He said he would bring the door back on Monday. Late in the day on Monday he did not show so I called him and he said he would be by on Tuesday the next day. He brought the door back and left it on my porch. He fixed it and said he was not going to charge me. Awesome! I

My experience with this place was short, but definitely not sweet. I had an appointment set. However his scheduler apparently didn't take my house numbers down correctly. I live on a court that has four houses on it... they were late showing up according to my neighbor who watched them come on to the court. I don't know exactly what they did, but they definitely didn't knock on a door and ask... um, after they didn't show up, I noticed that I had missed a call on my phone which was my fault.
